Refund Policy

GOING-OUT-OF-BUSINESS SALE: All sales are final.

All purchases made during the Godly Writes Going-Out-of-Business Sale are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color or style selection, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or any other reason except those described below or where otherwise required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at hello@godlywrites.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label, when applicable

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, this may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.

Do not return an item without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. When a return is authorized because an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, Godly Writes will provide instructions concerning return shipping.

Shipping Problems and Undelivered Orders

Please contact us at hello@godlywrites.com if your order does not arrive, arrives incomplete, or appears to have been lost in transit. We will investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Godly Writes is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied by the customer. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider, and additional time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund results from a damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered order, or refunding those charges is otherwise required by law.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Where applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, applicable law will control.
